The story takes place in South Central Los Angeles, California with Joe Moses as a kid raised in the gang banging lifestyle by both parents; one a Blood and another Crip. Under those circumstances he is forced to the street-life and encounters jail quickly. Upon his return home he put together a plan for him and his friends to come up even if it means going “ALL OUT.”
