In Bradley Cooper’s latest effort for an Oscar, he plays a “chef on the edge” in a psychological character study entitled Burnt. Directed by John Wells, Cooper plays an angry and manic chef who fights for fame and recognition in the competitive mix of 5-star European restaurants while also dealing with the effects of drug abuse. His heavy role is aided by a star-studded roster of Emma Thompson, Uma Thurman, Jamie Dornan, Alicia Vikander, Sienna Miller and Lily James, making for a strong cast in this dark film.Burnt will hit theaters October 23.
