“There were so many things this man knew ahead of his time – raised with the finest of minds his progression and evolution was something we all admired – no wonder when he speaks about the trials and tribulations that plagued us then, they still apply now. The years may have changed, but the reasons have not.” Miss you brother. RIP – DJ Quik

It was a Bone Thugs-N-Harmony who took over episode nine of AXS TV’s SKEE Live. The legendary group took the stage at L.A. Live’s The Conga Room and turned the energy up as they took audience members down memory lane with hit after hit. In fact, Bone even took the opportunity to pay homage to Eazy-E, Biggie and 2Pac with short performances of “Foe Tha Love of $,” “Thug Luv” and “Notorious Thugs” during their set. It should be noted that Bone Thugs-N-Harmony holds the title as the only group to have collaborated with each artist while they were still alive.

Remember that track Tyga was speaking on last week that featured 2Pac? Well, Tyga has officially released that DJ Mustard produced track to the world which also features a verse from Jadakiss! This is of course off Tyga’s sophomore album ‘Hotel California’ which drops next Tuesday, April 9 so take a listen to the song below and enjoy!
Check out Tyga talking about an upcoming track dropping on ‘Hotel California’ with Jadakiss and 2Pac entitled “Hit ‘Em Up.” Although Tyga tells MTV that the song is completely original and not a remake of the classic diss track, he doesn’t give any more info on how 2Pac is incorporated into the record. I guess we will see when the album drops!
