Air Jordan 1 “Pine Green”

Reminiscent of the “Bred Toes” released earlier this year, the upcoming green-toned iteration will feature simple panel color-blocking done in green, sail and black. Accenting the clean construction is Jordan Brand’s wings logo embossed on the ankle and a black Swoosh stretching from the midfoot area to the heel. While a classic off-white midsole and “Pine Green” outsole round up the design of the upcoming colorway. There is no official release date yet, but it should drop at $160. –HB

Jordan Brand just released official images of the anticipated Air Jordan 1 “Satin Shattered Backboard.” The perennial silhouette receives the beloved colorway alongside satin construction across the uppers. For unique flair, the label equipped the sneaker with orange semi-translucent outsoles. Although the rendition will be a women’s exclusive a majority of nationwide retailers such as Finish Line and Foot Locker will launch larger sizes, up to a men’s 10.5. These drop on May 5th for approximately $160. –HB

Air Jordan 1 “Homage to Home”

The latest iteration of the Air Jordan 1 plays with the recent trend of amalgam sneakers by referencing two widely popular color schemes found on the classic sneaker. Bringing together the “Banned” and “Chicago” colorways, the wide release “Homage to Home” is an homage to the history of the sneaker that started it all and brings a radical new look for a new generation of fans. These are set to release at select Jordan Brand retailers May 19. –HB

Jordan Brand has continued to re-release some of the most famous models, this time with the “Satin Shattered Backboard” colorway. As the name suggests, this shoe uses satin on the tooling and swoosh, with the rest of the model using a premium tumbled leather. The difference between this and the original release is the orange translucent outsole. These will be available in May from selected retailers. –HB

The upcoming Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Shadow” is already confirmed as one of the most highly-anticipated re-ups from the Jordan Brand archives. As we move closer to its release date, Nike gives us an official look of the Air Jordan 1 “Shadow,” which features a tumbled leather upper in a slick black and dark grey color scheme. The silhouette is fixed with all signature detailing as well as a “Nike Air” tongue tab for a retro hit. These are set to launch on April 14 for a retail price of $160 at select Jordan Brand stockists and Nike’s online store. –HB


Air Jordan 1 “Desert Sand”

Taking a break from its OG Air Jordan 1 High releases, Jordan Brand recently gave the iconic model a contrasting makeover. The latest “Desert Sand” Air Jordan 1 High features a mainly black leather upper accented by raw light brown edges that highlight the paneling of the shoe. While the “Desert Sand” color that frames on the upper is continued on the matching midsole and outsole to sell the contrast factor of the new look. –HB
