Just recently over All-Star weekend the brand delivered its first-ever Air Jordan 4 “Wings.” The new iteration comes doused in black leather with royal blue and yellow accents scattered throughout the shoe. Originally released in June, the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 4 “Cactus Jack” features a “University Blue” smooth nubuck upper with contrasting black laces, netting, soles, and heel tabs. Elsewhere a hit of red can be found on the inner lining while the back of the heels see “Cactus Jack” and Air Jordan co-branding. We now have an official look at the upcoming denim take on the retro Jordan Brand model. Done in tonal black and white, the upper of the shoes are done completely in jean panels. Finally the shoe is accented by tongue branding inspired by Levi’s® iconic Two Horses paper patch, Levi’s® standard red tab tag found on the quarter panels and a jean style leather patch hangtag. Dubbed the “Cactus Jack” colorway, the team-up between Jordan Brand and the Houston rapper is a colorful rework of the iconic Air Jordan model accented with a series of branding. The official look reveals that the shoe features waxed laces, a bright red lining, and paneled upper constructed of baby blue nubuck accompanied by black netting underlays. Serving as the first major collaborative effort of 2018, the team up dresses Jordan Brand‘s iconic AJ4 in Levi’s classic blue denim accented by bold red co-branding. The paneled upper of the shoe highlights the beauty of denim utilizing contrasting brown chain stitching and a leather tongue tag reminiscent of the labels found on jeans.
