Skepta’s Hybrid Nike Air Max 97

The clean “Summit White” uppers are offset with flashes of color, with red appearing on the right shoe’s Swoosh, air unit and footbed while a “Hyper Cobalt” blue occupies the same positions on the left. Other detailing includes Skepta’s custom Nike logo on the footbed and sole unit, flashes of color in the laces and a honeycomb pattern across the mesh upper. Nike‘s hybrids just keep on coming. This time around the Air Max 97‘s upper is fused with the sole unit of the Air Max Plus. Its color scheme grabs your attention thanks to a mix of “Hyper Magenta” and “Racer Pink” while the inner lining and tongue are treated in black to finish things off alongside the usual branding cues. The Nike Air Max 97 is back with a new look to its “Silver Bullet” iteration. This time around its reflective 3M detailing is added to the entire paneling rather than just the piping. Nike’s Air Max 97 Ultra ‘17 returns with some notable changes. The modern take on Nike’s classic adds woven vents around its entire upper. increasing its breathability. Exclusively for women, the model is dipped in white to complement the full-length Air Max Unit. Leather makes up the rest of its construction to complete the design.
