Celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, the latest Air Max Deluxe iteration’s soundwave-like upper is dressed in “Sail” while hits of “Desert Ore” can be found on the heel and mini Swoosh branding showcased on the lateral sides. Finally a white midsole housing a signature Air Unit and black outsole finishes off the look of this creamy option. Look for these arrive in the upcoming weeks at select Nike retailers for $180. –HB

Nike‘s next Air Max 97 Ultra release takes a quick trip into the future with a small feature upgrade. Aside from its original construction, you’ll find a new attention-grabbing panel on the upper which is treated in iridescent silver. Hints of black and red are then added for a striking contrast.  Lastly, Nike switches up the branding with a modern Air Max insignia on each heel to finish things off. This edition of the Nike Air Max 97 Ultra will arrive in the coming weeks for $160. –HB


Nike Air Max Plus 97 “Cool Grey”

This time, the Air Max Plus/Air Max 97 hybrid sports a monochrome scheme from ankle to outsole, combining shades of “Cool Grey” and “Pure Platinum” on its leather, nylon and mesh upper, through to the visible Air unit sole. Some surprise hits of yellow at the medial side of the outsole and Air bubbles add a touch of contrast. These are available now for $170 at select retailers. –HB


Nike Air Max Deluxe “Triple White”

The latest version of the shoe sees it come in a minimal triple white colorway. The sneaker is set to drop alongside the triple black and bronze colorway that first emerged last month. Similar to that colorway, the all-white sneaker comes with a textured mesh upper that replaces the classic wave pattern. Other features include the usual full-length Air Max sole unit and subtle grey accenting on the tongue. The sneaker, alongside the black and bronze version, will be available from the Nike web store on September 15. –HB


Nike Air Max Deluxe “Midnight”

This version of the Air Max Deluxe features a predominantly black neoprene upper emblazoned with streaks of red, blue and neon green throughout. The model’s signature stitched pattern appears in black 3M reflective threading, while a bronze-tinted heel tab adds more subtle contrast to the scheme. Rounding out the look is a classic white Air Max midsole with a full-length black Air unit and outsole. Stay tuned for the official release date! –HB
