The final iteration in Nike‘s All-Star series this year is the Air Foamposite One. Clad in a nearly all-over chrome construction, the upper is at the same time embossed with the silhouette’s signature wavy indents. Metallic embellishments on the tongue and heel perfectly complement the shoe’s eye-catching aesthetic, while a translucent icy blue sole rounds out the bottom. Although available in-store at KITH NYC, the sale is ticketed and has unfortunately all tickets have already been handed out.
In celebration of the upcoming NBA All Star Weekend festivities set to take place in the Big Apple, Nike has unveiled a series of New York-inspired renditions of the Kobe X, KD 7, Kyrie 1 and LeBron 12 silhouettes. The upper featuring a black base with iridescent details along the Swoosh, heel and tongue, sitting atop of a gradient colored translucent sole to round out the futuristic design. This celebratory edition of LeBron’s latest signature shoe draws inspiration from New York’s Flatiron Building with a clean white upper, sporting mesh detailing is paired with a gradient, blue/green hue that runs along the shoe’s back panel and bottom sole.
