HNHH caught up with Young Gerald aka G-Eazy shortly before he unleashed a trifecta of new music on his Soundcloud. The rapper brought us up to speed on what he’s been up to lately, which apparently includes hitting up a steakhouse with Hov. “Man, I met Jay Z and was hella star struck. I had dinner with him, and it was exactly what you’d think. He’s him, literally. We’re at a steakhouse in Midtown eating lobster, we’re talking about gangsta movies, we’re talking about basketball, and he’s telling a story about Suge Knight. Literally, like, is this real right now?”
It’s been a big week for Nipsey Hussle, as you know he offered a hard copy of his new project to fans for $100 dollars and only for the first 1000 people. One of those people who copped the album happened to be Jay-Z himself and he didn’t purchase just one. In this quick interview with MTV, Nipsey explains that Roc Nation contacted his management and let him know that Jay-Z bought 100 copies. He hasn’t spoke to him, but he said Jay salutes the movement.
