Nike presents a new premium version of the LeBron 11 Low, shortly after having unveiled the new LeBron 12 earlier this week. Graphically inspired by fine Chinese porcelain, the sneaker features a blue-and-white swirl pattern above a clean white midsole and icy-blue Max Air cushioning unit. A spray of blue speckles on the heel is yet another nice touch on this limited edition release. Priced at $190, the Nike LeBron 11 Low “China” will be available September 25 on Nike.com.

A stark contrast to the aforementioned model, this rendition is all about stealth with its black upper, tonal patterned Swoosh and glossy black heel support. The interior lining offers up a vibrant contrast to the exterior with a raucous multicolored lining, while the gum rubber outsole offers an unexpected finish to this package. These wild kicks feature elements from previous LeBron 11s and iconic colorways from previous shoes in James’ signature series. The right shoe features a mix of blues and vibrant pinks and purples with plenty of speckling and a gold Swoosh. The left shoe sports a riotous clash of graffiti, tropical and Fruity Pebbles-inspired graphics, a multi-colored sole and a red toe cap with yellow Swoosh. The month of February has been a particularly exciting one for sneaker enthusiasts for some time now. Long before there were quickstrikes and limited releases hitting on All-Star weekend, there were still big sneakers being debuted on that stage. Of course in recent years, the prolific NBA All-Star treatments haven’t been the only attraction as far as special sneakers arriving in the second month of the year. Nike in particular has made a concerted effort to celebrate Black History Month the best way it knows how-with sneaker releases tied into the month that come full circle with charitable donations. First it was the Nike LeBron 9, which arrived as part of Nike’s 2012 “BHM” capsule featuring a dark base and colorful patterns pulled from traditional African quilt work. After that we were treated to this year’s LeBron X “BHM”, which was just a bit more varied in colors with respect to the base thanks to the geometric grey and orange touches. Carrying the torch for the lineup will be the February, 2013 LeBron 11 “Black History Month” pictured here.
