YG has dropped the official video to the remix of his summer-anthem “My Niggawith Lil Wayne, Rich Homie Quan, Meek Mill & Nicki Minaj.  In comparison to the original visual, the remix takes a straight up approach by using a simple backdrop and a theme of black-and-white. Keep a look out for some #YoungCalifornia cameo’s and stay tuned for his debut album ‘My Krazy Life’which is set to drop on March 18th. Enjoy!


Civil TV takes you on set of YG’s “My Hitta (Remix)” with an exclusive behind-the-scenes look of the all black everything video shoot. With DJ Mustard on the beat, YG recalls hearing the instrumental for the first time and penning the lines to his now platinum record. “I had the idea though for the song a couple months before,” the Compton-bred MC said. “Mustard played me the beat and I just had something and it came to me just like that. Then I went to Atlanta told Rich Homie Quan the idea then all three of us were going back and forth in the studio on the hook and we let Rich Homie Quan record it.”
