Gone are the days where Jordan heads would have to wait years longing for the return of the iconic Nike Air logo. The Tinker Hatfield design is inspired by World War II fighter planes as its midsole sports a teeth-like design which can be seen on the aforementioned planes. Resting atop of a visible air unit, the Air Jordan 5 is mainly recognized for its oversized tongue, which here sports reflective 3M material as per usual. –HB
