Nike dug deep into one of the richest areas of its vault to bring back the Air Raid OG in a 1990s-inspired colorway. Dubbed the “Peace” edition, the sneakers come adorned with contrasting line patterns reminiscent of early ’90s Afrocentrism. Underneath the sneaker’s hallmark ‘X’ strapping, the upper is executed with grey nubuck paneling. Black mesh provides a material contrast at the toebox and sides. The pair also cleverly alludes to the distinct cover art for Do The Right Thing, with the tongue tab and heel pull both executed with bold, zagging designs. Shoe drops June 20th!
