Pharrell‘s upcoming adidas Solar Hu Glide St collaboration recently surfaced in an alternate black look. Opting for a more subtle tooling, this time around the shoe features a black mesh upper accented by a yellow lining, red/green panels, and blue TPU heel counters. Finally patterned laces looped through a 3D-molded vamp, black midsole detailing, full-length BOOST midsole and “Hu” toe embroidery rounds up the design of the shoe. –HB
The low-top model draws similar design cues to the shock pink variant teased by adidas VP Jon Wexler. For this rendition, the sneaker boasts mint green uppers, black cage overlays, and a crisp white BOOST sole. Colorful co-branding details are also observed on the heel portions of each pair. The durable low-top sneaker is fitted with a Primeknit upper, TPU paneling on both the lateral and medial sides, a BOOST midsole, and a grooved outsole to help wearers tackle challenging terrain.
