We shut down Central California down for our 2nd birthday celebration! First up was the release party of the newest installment of the NCS Mixtape series followed by the YNGCA Music Meeting: Cen Cal Slap Summit. 8.Underground Luxury Listening Party @ F6ix San Diego

Atlantic Records teamed up with the #YoungCalifornia family in order to bring together and present the official ‘Underground Luxury’ listening party with B.o.B. The event took place inside F6ix in San Diego and it was hosted by our family Yesi Ortiz, Bellieknight & Abby De La Rosa. 7.TeeFlii Live @ The Roxy Hollywood

Also this year, DJ Carisma & Young California presented the very first artist showcase featuring one of the hottest up and coming West Coast artists TeeFlii! The event took place at Roxy Theater in Hollywood and above you get to see the behind-the-scenes walk-through, studio rehearsal and then of course LIVE footage from the show! #YoungCalifornia was also involved at SXSW 2013! Above you can see #YoungCalifornia family DJ Amen, DJ Carisma, Abby De La Rosa, Yesi Ortiz & Dre Sinatra putting on for the West Coast out in Texas! With performances from Kendrick Lamar, Schoolboy Q, Ab-Soul, Casey Veggies, Audio Push, K. Roosevelt & more, you already know it was a West Coast takeover. This year, Young California held it’s biggest Music Meeting yet all the way live inside Infusion Lounge Los Angeles! Artists Schoolboy Q, Dom Kennedy, Casey Veggies, Ab-Soul & YG all graced the stage live inside the Belasco Theater in downtown LA and as you can see above you definitely missed out if you weren’t there! 2.Crooks and Castles “Welcome to the Block” on Fairfax Los Angeles

Crooks & Castles, Diamond and the #YoungCalifornia family ignited the streets of Fairfax in Los Angeles, California earlier this year. We hosted the first ever block party entitled “Welcome To The Block” in honor of the grand opening of the newest Crooks & Castles flagship shop. The masses showed up and we shut it down! Artists like Pusha T, Nipsey Hussle, Ty Dolla $ign, Casey Veggies, Skeme, Hit-Boy & more graced the stage for live performances. Big shout-out to DJ Carisma and Dre Sinatra for holding it down!

Our biggest party of the year goes to our “Welcome to #YoungCalifornia” BET Industry Mixer at the ICON Rooftop in downtown Los Angeles. We invited all of our friends and family to come out and join us as we kicked off the weekend’s festivities in true YNGCA fashion!
