trpleblkThere’s no shortage of NMD models out there, but adidas Originals still manages to pique our interest with the “Triple Black” rendition of the NMD R2.  The best part of the design is that the all-black sock-inspired upper — featuring tonal Three Stripes branding at the side, laces and heel tab — is completed with a black BOOST sole unit, offering a stealthy look alongside the premium comfort we all know and love. This is expected to hit retailers sometime in November. –HB

Nike VaporMax CS “Triple Black”

vapormaxAfter unveiling a “Triple Black” iteration of its popular VaporMax model, Nike recently released an official look at its followup VaporMax CS silhouette. Also done in “Triple Black,” the traditional running shoe model ditches the VaporMax’s original Flyknit construction for a mesh and synthetic paneled construction. While a blacked out full-length Air unit and proud Swooshes found on the tongue, heel and sides round up the design of the upcoming shoe. These are set to release sometime later this year online and at select Nike retailers. –HB

Nike SB Dunk High “Triple Black”

tripleblkNike SB is back with a special edition of its notable Dunk High model. Drenched in “Triple Black” coloring, you’ll find that its construction stays true to the design of its predecessor with its basketball-inspired look. Ballistic mesh is placed on its side paneling and tongue while leather serves as the material for its overlays. Rope laces carry on its rugged look which is then complemented by d-ring lace loops. Stay tuned for additional updates regarding this drop. –HB

TRIPLEblkLast month, Nike shared a series of contemporary renditions of its fan favorite Air Max 97 Ultra, expected to release for fall. It seems the drops are happening early, with ”Triple Black” amongst the first to hit shelves today. With an entirely monochrome profile, and construction which has eliminated excess materials seen in its predecessor, the all black colorway boasts a lighter, more streamlined look. Expect to see the Air Max 97 Ultra at Nike retailers for $160. –HB

Nike Air Max 97 “Triple Black”

tripleblkThe iconic silhouette has seen a retro in “Silver Bullet” and “Metallic Gold” colorways and a “Triple Black” edition is next in line. Alongside its color change you’ll find leather making its way around the sneaker’s paneling. Its 3M paneling boasts an Anthracite color without light shining on it to bring its colorway to a finish. Its main attraction stays in tact as its full length Air Max cushioning plays the role of its support system. Stay tuned as the colorway is expected to launch sometime in November. –HB

Nike “Triple Black” Vapormax

niketripleBack in the earlier part of May, news surfaced that Nike‘s all-black iteration of the Vapormax model would be making its return in the beginning of the summer. Easily mistaken for the earlier “Triple Black” launch, the forthcoming iteration hosts a small change which can be seen on its eye-catching Air Max system. Rather than being blacked out, it hosts an anthracite hue to complement its all-black Flyknit upper. Its aforementioned launch date has also been adjusted to a couple days after. The Nike Vapormax in Black/Anthracite will launch on June 22 for a retail price of $190 at select retailers and nike.com. –HB

vapormaxNike’s Air VaporMax will be making a return in its highly coveted “Triple Black” iteration. The silhouette made its debut during the Swoosh’s Air Max Day festivities and has been a contemporary Air Max favorite ever since. Its Flyknit upper rests atop of an innovative Air Max system that eliminates your traditional midsole, allowing you to experience a plush ride from the moment you place your foot in. The forthcoming Nike Air VaporMax “Triple Black” will return to shelves on June 20 for $190. –HB
